Wow. Its been quite long since i updated my blog. Anyway, went to watch Ip man today after training with gary jianyou and jon.
I can honestly tell you that this show is one of the best shows in 2008 and i only have 2 words for this movie - F@#K NICE! Seriously, this is a must watch.
Back to reality - Had alot of trainings these few days as usual, but now getting less tough cause tournament is coming. Man, we must make a mark of ourselves next year at east zone and at least get top 4! I can say that its our best chance next year.

This morning supposed to have run at stadium 400m x 6 but heng it was raining so cancelled! Wooo! No idea how shiok i felt, but still had to go school for gym training.
After that in the evening went to watch The day the earth stood still with lots of people : Weijie, weijie bro, vincent, jasper, gary, yusof, jianyou, ronald and qixiang. The show damn nice luh, the special effects is like so fking cool also.
After the show went CS to eat dinner then slacked around. Then this gary, zzz no hope liao, i have nothing to say only that he is officially a pure gay. Everytime we walk around, this gary will suddenly for no reason jump behind vincent and hug him and keep shaking somemore. Seriously man gary, you gg already.

Its a boring boring holiday.... ...boring boring holiday.... ...really boring holiday.
And thus, i began looking for new games and with a stroke of luck gary intro-ed me this new game called Left 4 Dead.
This game is like so damn fun? Theres only one objective - kill the freaking zombies. Thx ah gary!
Anyways, this school holiday does not feel like a holiday at all with trainings 5 times a week and weekends are the only rest days. However with so many trainings, i can feel that we are improving and we really have a chance next year.

Today is like so dam fking tired? I swear, my thigh hurts that i have trouble squatting down now. Morning had run at stadium and we had to run 20 rounds man....Sweat like some @#$%. After that, had private training, also quite tough. 2pm had friendly match with cranberra secdonary and we won them but it was dam close. Nothing much to post actually, but just to let u know how tired my holidays are.
Sian, theres another friendly match tmr at 10am, against bukit batok secondary. Hope we can win man...

Finally, its friday and finally we can have a rest cause theres no training tmr. 7 days a week and we train 5 days a week, its like so damn tiring? Can you imagine waking up at 6.30am or later every 5 days consecutively? It sounds like a normal school day man. OH yeah, and theres a new rule, we must wear high socks during training T_T

Wah fk, today training super tough. Run around the school x 6 sets and the rest time is less than 1 minute. IMAGINE THAT! Then after that still got physical, fking tired my leg. No mood to train already after that. Somemore coach say 2.4km timing must get 10.30 if not cannot represent school take part in east zone. :O

Tsk tsk. This morning went stadium and we had to run 400m x 8. Its like fked up? I hear the word "400m" i scared already cause its like so damn tiring. In the end everybody run only 6 sets, heng ah if not really die and the weather was HOT. Tmr still need to report to school at 7am for punishment! FKED up man, and im an innocent person -.-
Anyway, he's the story of the day.
